Returns + Shipping


Please note, since Tytin Jewelry items are either made to order or customized, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are hesitant or have any questions about placing your order, feel free to contact us ahead of time.

On occasion, there are items listed as ‘Ready to Ship’ which are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. If your piece meets this criteria and it has not been customized in any way (i.e. resized), please contact us to get the return process started. The returned item must be sent in its original, new condition and receipt of purchase. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to a returned or exchanged item.


Our default shipping method for domestic orders under $100 is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation/tracking and with included $50 insurance coverage at a flat rate shipping cost of $5 USD. Please contact us for additional insurance. All domestic orders over $100 are eligible for complimentary USPS priority shipping and all domestic orders over $500 are eligible for complimentary UPS 2nd day signature required shipping. If your order qualifies, you must enter FREESHIP at checkout in order to apply the free shipping.

If you are local and would like to arrange pick up, enter LOCALPICKUP at checkout and we will email you to arrange a pick up.

If you have any additional shipping inquiries or international shipping inquiries, please contact us at before placing your order.

Ready to ship items will ship out within 3-5 business days. Customized and Made to Order items require 3 weeks for production before shipping out.

We cannot refund for lost or stolen packages and are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. If you suspect your package has gone missing or lost, we'll do our best to open a shipping claim. Please understand though that we cannot offer a replacement or refund for lost or stolen mail. Tytin Jewelry is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged parcels. Please be sure to mail your items to a safe address and to where someone can sign for it if shipping out UPS.

We are based in Chicago, IL and must charge a 10.25% sales tax for any orders shipped to IL state.
